The Program Of Half Day Moroccan Cooking Class In Marrakech

This half-day cooking class in Marrakech starts with a pickup from your accommodation at 10 AM or 04 PM (depending on your chosen departure time) by an air-conditioner and comfortable vehicle to drive you to Riad. Once in Riad, you will be welcomed with Moroccan mint tea and some cakes. After this, you will meet your experienced cooking chef who is going to give you an introduction to different local spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Next, each one will take her/his place to start the course with the preparation of the tagines (chicken or lamb tagine & vegetarian one), and then you cook the first authentic Tagine made of chicken, lemon, olives, and other ingredients. Second vegetarian tagine which will be subject to an enjoyable competition between participants. While you are waiting for the main meal to be ready, you will make delicious Moroccan salads and desserts. After finishing the cooking lesson. You will enjoy eating what you have cooked (tajines + salads + dessert). After taking some memorable photos with the cooking team and chef, take home some spices as a gift for you. Finally, you will be transferred back to your accommodation. This cooking class takes place in a riad, a hotel, a villa, a farm, or a traditional Moroccan house out of Marrakech.
